This quote comment from Greig Fraser resonates with many image makers because story is, arguably, one the highest forms of human communication. For the image making process, without a powerful story and to back it, the final product is unlikely to grasp people’s attention. For us, our story has been primarily translated into the concept architecture based on the retro-futuristic eco-brutalist world of A Fearless World. The mood exploration concept illustrations are produced to compliment and, as seamlessly as we can cater, amplify the story and the mood needed to be conveyed. Naturalistic lighting, 1990s photography and Fraser’s fimography are some of the key documents that we study and extensively develop for our images.
